Ugh, can't believe I'm stuck on this forum again... 
 Anyway, back to Detroit's future, I guess. So, optimistic residents are more likely to vote, which is a bit obvious, right? 
 Like, who wouldn't want their voice heard if they think the city is going in the right direction? But seriously, it's cool that education and public safety are top priorities - those are some real issues Detroit needs to tackle. And I'm not surprised Latino residents aren't as enthusiastic about voting... it's been a while since we've seen more representation on this forum.
