A 57-year-old man from Massachusetts went missing after walking out of the hospital early on Friday morning. Leonard Mercury was last seen around 2 a.m. leaving Heywood Hospital in Gardner, where he had been admitted.

Like, I get it, hospitals can be super boring... who needs a bed when you've got fresh air and a chance to walk off with your meds, am I right?

I mean i get it maybe he needed some fresh air but can't we just make hospitals safer for people to leave? like with clear instructions or something?
