this is just terrible news, 3 years old, innocent life lost because some selfish person couldn't even stop themselves from driving away after hitting a kid... it's not like they had to drive anywhere else, but no they chose to leave the child there to die 
and now the whole neighborhood is in shock, can't believe this could happen here in our own backyard... 
I mean, accidents happen, and it's not like the kid was walking down the street with a "Don't Run Over Me" sign or something 
. And let's be real, if people weren't driving so fast, this might not have happened in the first place. Like, 35 miles per hour is pretty slow, right?
