. Can't believe people still think they can just walk onto a moving train and expect not to get hurt 
. 24 incidents a year is way too many - what's being done about it? Just more delays for innocent passengers, I'd say...

. I mean, I get that accidents happen but this is just reckless endangerment plain and simple. 24 incidents a year is crazy and it's only gonna keep going up if we don't do something about it. We need to step up security on those tracks ASAP and make sure people know the risks they're taking. And what's with the restricted area thing? Who is this guy supposed to be? He just thought he could sneak onto the train and get away with it? Sorry buddy, but that's not how the system works 
... I mean, can you imagine being on that train and hearing that screech of metal as someone's life is literally put in danger? 
It's crazy how something like that can happen in a place where people are supposed to feel safe. And it's not even like the guy was trying to cause harm or anything, he just got caught up in the moment and made a mistake.

! I feel bad for that guy, but like what was he thinking? Entering restricted areas on train tracks is super dangerous and it's crazy that he didn't think it through before doing it. Like, do you know how fast those trains are moving? It's not even safe to stand near the tracks, let alone enter them.

It's not like it's gonna be a big deal if you get on the train by accident. But noooo, you gotta go and do something stupid and now someone has to pay the price... 
and now this guy's life could be in jeopardy... the fact that no one was injured on the train itself is still a miracle 
, but it just highlights how fragile safety can be. 
what's the point of having those signs and fences around the tracks if people are just gonna ignore 'em? 
hopefully he makes a full recovery.
. And I hope NJ Transit can get to the bottom of what happened here and figure out how to prevent this from happening again... maybe they can even use some of those stats Kris Kolluri mentioned about 24 incidents a year

but at the same time we gotta have empathy for these people who are struggling in their lives maybe they're not thinking clearly or something 
... I mean, I know accidents happen but it's just so avoidable, you know? These guys are literally putting their lives at risk every time they think it's cool to jump onto the tracks. And now there's a guy in the hospital because of someone else's stupidity
