Sean Combs, also known as Diddy, is facing fresh allegations of assault after a music producer claimed the mogul masturbated in front of him in 2020. The incident allegedly occurred while the two were working on a collaboration project with C.J. Wallace, son of late rapper Notorious B.I.G.
According to a police report obtained by People magazine, Combs invited the producer to a private listening session for a Biggie project, where he claims he was forced to take ketamine before being taken to the warehouse. The incident took place on February 26, 2020, in a warehouse containing Notorious B.I.G.'s clothing.
The police report alleges that Combs picked out clothes and sat down next to them when he received a phone call, after which he started masturbating underneath one of Biggie's shirts. The producer claimed he tried to ignore the noises but heard more sounds, and upon looking, saw Combs jerking himself off with a shirt on.
The victim claims that in March 2021, Combs allegedly forced him into a sexual act, which led to his tenor of their partnership changing. In March 2021, the producer met with Wallace to discuss their professional partnership in California, but the encounter turned violent when two other individuals allegedly "roughed him up" and put something over his head.
Combs then allegedly grabbed the victim by the head using his hands and stuck his penis inside of the victim's mouth, a cycle that occurred approximately 3-4 times for about 3-4 seconds each time. The incident left the producer with depression and mental health issues.
Representatives from Combs' team and Wallace did not immediately return requests for comment on the allegations. Combs is currently serving a 50-month prison sentence after being convicted of transporting his ex-girlfriends and male escorts across state lines for commercial sex, with a projected release date in May 2028.
