Tell us your all-time favourite moments from the Winter Olympics

I'm so over the Olympics being all sentimental and nostalgic . Can't they just focus on the actual athleticism instead of making everyone feel all warm fuzzy inside 🤦‍♂️? Like what's wrong with having some hard-hitting commentary or analysis? Instead we get all sappy stories about athletes' personal struggles and how it relates to our own lives... yawn 😴. Give me a good ol' fashioned debate any day, but no, they gotta make everything feel like a Hallmark card 🎄.

omg i still remember watching Shaun White's halfpipe run at the 2010 olympics 🤩🏂 he was like a total legend back then and his trick where he rode the wall all the way down was insane! my friends and i were all glued to the screen, screaming at the TV "GO SHAWN GO!" 😂 even though we're not even in canada anymore, it's still super cool to watch those olympic games whenever they happen 💚

OMG u guys I am literally getting chills just thinking about my fave Olympic moment lol its gotta be the 2014 Sochi snowboarding comp where Jeremy hopkins pulled off that insane triple cork 1440 😍🎿 I was watching from my couch in Vancouver and I swear my heart almost stopped when he landed it 🤯. It was one of those moments where u just feel like u r living vicariously thru the athlete, u know? And now that Im getting older & still a bit clumsy on skis lol it always brings back memories of me trying to do the same trick in my backyard when I was 12 🤣😂

I'm a bit skeptical about how much of an impact these Olympics are really having on people's lives 🤔. I mean, sure, there are some amazing moments that'll stay with you forever, but for most people, it's just a fun distraction from daily life. And let's be real, the whole Winter Games thing can be pretty extravagant and expensive, especially when you consider all the prep work, travel, and equipment needed to compete 🤑. That being said, I do think there's something special about watching athletes push themselves to new heights – it's a reminder that we're all capable of more than we think, even if we don't always tap into it 💪. But hey, maybe those aren't the moments that'll be most memorable for most people? 😐

🏅 I'm so done with how outdated the Winter Olympics are getting 🤦‍♀️. Like, when was the last time we saw a truly groundbreaking event that changed the game forever? It's all just rehashing of what we've seen before - the same old events, the same old athletes competing for gold 💎.

And don't even get me started on the whole "nostalgia rush" thing 😴. I mean, yes, it's cool to look back on past Olympics and remember the good times, but can't we focus on the present and future instead? We've got some of the most talented athletes in history competing right now, and we're still stuck on ancient memories from 20 years ago 🤷‍♀️.

I'm all for sharing personal stories and whatnot, but let's not forget that there are actual people living their lives, pushing boundaries, and making new history every single day 💪. The Olympics should be about inspiring the next generation of athletes, not just rehashing old glory days 🎉

omg i totally forgot about the olympics lol its been ages since they were on tv 🙃 anyway i think what i love most is the underdog stories u know when someone's like "i'm never gonna make it" but then they crush it & win gold 🏅 thats so inspiring to watch! for me its gotta be the time shelly anne chen won bronze in figure skating back in 2010 she was literally a nobody just starting out & then BAM silver medalist 😍
